How it works

This container is intentionally small and facilitated with care.

We meet regularly in a confidential space to:

• speak honestly about what leadership is asking of you now

• explore decisions, tension, and uncertainty in real time

• learn through reflection - your own and others’

• integrate insight into how you lead, not just what you do

I guide the space, ask the hard questions, and hold the thread, but the wisdom in the room is collective.

Container Format

• Group size: max 4–6 founders

• Session length: 90 minutes per session

• Cadence: Fortnightly live sessions

• Duration: 3-month minimum commitment

• Format: Live, facilitated conversations (no presentations, no teaching decks)

• Environment: Private, confidential, off-record space

• Facilitation: Held and guided by me, with space for collective insight and reflection

Each session centres on what’s alive in the room, decisions, tensions, and leadership questions that are present now, not hypothetical scenarios.

This container is designed for depth, not scale. Places are intentionally limited to preserve trust, presence, and quality of conversation.

Investment

$2,000 AUD per month - minimum 3-month commitment

This reflects:

• facilitation and holding of the group

• a shared but deeply held coaching space

The container is offered on a minimum 3-month commitment, agreed after purchase and conversation.
