You don't have to know what's next to know something is changing.
There are seasons in a woman's life when the things that once felt certain begin to move.
Midlife isn't only something happening to our bodies.
It can also be a reckoning with the life we've built.
For many women, midlife seems to bring questions that have been waiting quietly underneath the noise of work, family and responsibility.
- Work.
- Relationships.
- Motherhood.
- Identity.
- Our bodies.
- Friendship.
- Ambition.
- Desire.
- The future we imagined.
- The roles we've spent decades fulfilling.
Sometimes nothing is dramatically wrong.
And yet something no longer feels completely true.
I'm interested in that moment.
- What do I actually want?
- What am I tired of carrying?
- What have I outgrown?
- What would I choose if I wasn't organising my life around everyone else's expectations?
- What part of me is asking to be heard?
These aren't questions that necessarily need immediate answers.
Sometimes they simply need somewhere to be spoken.
There are different depths to this work, from a single gathering to an ongoing relationship.
The Table
Small, honest gatherings. Women speaking, listening, recognising themselves in one another.

This work grew out of years of listening, through The Midlife Truth's witness conversations and in my own life.
I've spent years building a business and leading teams, learning what helps people speak honestly. That shapes how I work now: human, thoughtful, facilitated, with room for a woman to hear herself rather than follow a formula, alongside training in facilitation, somatic practice and Authentic Relating.
Across these different ways of working, the intention is simple: to create the conditions for women to listen more deeply to themselves, speak honestly and feel less alone in what they are navigating.
This work is not therapy and does not replace psychological or medical care.
Upcoming gatherings
The first Table is coming to Melbourne.
Hear when places open →- Small.
- Beautiful.
- Honest.
- Intimate.
Women around a table, speaking honestly and listening well. Recognising something of themselves in what another woman says. Room for laughter, for silence, and for the things you haven't had language for yet.
Pause. A day for women who know something is shifting.
I'm developing a day-long small-group experience in Melbourne.
It will be designed for women who feel themselves standing somewhere between who I've been and who I might be becoming.
The first Pause will be intentionally intimate.
A Private Session with Olivia
90 minutes. One-to-one.
For a woman who has something she wants to think through properly, without committing to ongoing work.
Work, identity, ambition, a decision, a relationship, what she wants now, or simply the sense that something has changed.
Private work
For women who want somewhere to stay with what is unfolding over time. A private space for reflection, honest conversation, perspective and the questions that don't resolve themselves in one sitting.
I work privately with a small number of women at a time.
Maybe you're not lost.
Maybe you're listening.
